I hired Castles Catering on an 8day project to cater lunch for 20 participants in the AEG Job Shadowing Program. Not only was the food delicious, the service was amazing!!!!! I thought that it would be the savory aromas that would have people in the office talking but it was also Shanita’s southern charm. I would like to highly recommend Chef Castle. The Chef catered my wedding reception this weekend, and I can't say enough great things about her! Her and her amazing crew are so professional and so helpful! They made sure that my new husband and I ate the wonderful food that was prepared for us. They made sure that all of our guests were well taken care of. I made sure to get her business card in the hands of everyone at the reception! Thank you for everything, Chef!!!

Shanita led a cooking class for a group of 40 UCLA graduate students this past weekend and she was AMAZING! Our grad students had a great time and insisted she come back so now we're planning on another class for next quarter. Looking forward to another fantastic event with Castle's Catering!

Castle's Catering is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only is Chef Shanita an absolute delight to work with - that rare type of friendly AND professional - she is incredibly talented in the realm of culinary delights! She went the extra mile for our bridal party brunch, not only producing a unique, delicious menu that had my bridal party raving for days, the presentation she set up made it a beautiful affair! Thank you, Chef Shanita! You will be hearing from me again, for certain!
